Phil Neame Awarded MBE in 2017 Queen’s Birthday Honours List

We’re delighted to report that our Founder and Deputy Chairman, Philip Neame, has been awarded an MBE in the 2017 Queen’s Birthday Honours List for Voluntary Service to Reserve Forces and Cadets.

Phil founded the Ulysses Trust on the back of a winter Everest attempt in 1992. The Trust is now celebrating its 25th year, and in that time has supported over 2600 adventurous training expeditions with some £2.7M of funding helping nearly 33,000 people to participate in often life-changing opportunities.

The award to Phil of an MBE in recognition of his service is outstanding news. Congratulations!
